Our pricing is as follows: "Member" Fee - Based on time involved (normal range is $2,500-$4,000)   "Non-member" Fee - Based on time involved (normal range is $3,000-$5,000) * Payment terms are $1,000 with engagement letter, 2nd billing with presentation materials, and balance when new documents and funding are completed.
